Please mail forms and fees to Tennessee Soccer, 2500 Executive Park Dr, Cleveland, TN 37312 Allow two weeks for processing and return of roster. For immediate processing and return in overnight mail include a $50 expedite fee. All registration is returned to Association Registrar.
